Dapra targets growth with the formation of a new subsidiary.

Chicago, IL USA – September 13, 2022 – This morning at the International Manufacturing Technology Show (IMTS), Dapra Corporation – a supplier of industrial manufacturing solutions for more than 65 years – announced the formation of Datamark North America LLC. This new wholly-owned subsidiary, formed through collaboration with its longstanding working partner Datamark S.L., marks a new phase for Dapra’s longstanding industrial marking and traceability business.
The arrangement will allow the two companies to leverage their experience within the marking segment, driving innovation and providing improved logistics, service, and value. Datamark North America will supplant Dapra’s Marking division in the supply of world-class marking solutions, focusing on alignment as an OEM.
Making a New Mark on Manufacturing
Datamark North America will have direct influence and access to the production of various Datamark marking solutions, as well as the co-development of new technologies to fit the needs of the North American market. Datamark North America will be responsible for elements of the manufacturing process and provide service and support for all solutions sold in North America under this exclusive arrangement.

Datamark North America will display its full range of laser and dot peen marking technology at stand #236246 in the Fabricating & Lasers Pavilion (North Building, Level 3) at IMTS this week. Its new website has just launched at www.datamark-na.com and will continue to evolve in the coming weeks.
